Guest Reviews Flow
I created this 'positive review flow' in partnership with one of our UX designers. (There's also a negative review flow that guests enter if they click anything lower than 4 stars in the email.) Our goal with this version was to increase the number of positive reviews being shared by guests who had a great Vacasa experience. We accomplished that goal and as an added bonus, the final page of this flow continues to drive positive Yelp reviews.
